Through our Code of Conduct we direct our daily activities, outline the long-term strategy, and follow up on our best practices to connect with our different groups of interest. Compliance of our Code represents a shared commitment among Directors, Advisors, Staff, Partners, Shareholders, and the whole organization, including suppliers, customers and communities that concur with this philosophy.

Scope

This Code of Conduct is applicable to all our groups of interest: Staff (unionized and non-unionized), Shareholders and Partners, Suppliers, Communities and Customers (consumers and users). Observance of principles and guidelines included in this document are also applicable to third parties, external consultants, freelance professionals, temporary staff, and other suppliers whether they provide their services in DESC or develop their activities in some other fields under DESC name or representation.
