PROMOTION OF VALUES
DESC has an employee acknowledgement mechanism based on the premise of living and modeling the five company’s values (Integrity, Institutionalism, Leadership, Teamwork, and Innovation). For such purpose there is an annual announcement with the whole staff participation, to choose the co-worker who better represents each value and then becomes a role model. This person is named “Value Ambassador”.

DESC has a solid Corporate Governance, as well as an Internal Control system, which includes this Code of Conduct, therefore it must be taken as a framework regarding our behavior. This system integrates Risk Management regulations, policies, processes, and guidelines that must be well known and understood by all our groups of interest, for compliance purposes.
