Provide confidential information to a third party that has no relation with the company.

Market for personal gain the results of employees, research, innovations, improvements, and developments made in the facilities and that are owned by the company.

“My warehouse co-worker does not have a detailed control of his tools. I´m taking this drill for a few days to repair some stuff at home”.

“Very often my boss makes advances towards me making me feel uncomfortable. I’m afraid of reporting him because I need this job”.
