  • Comply with the Code of Conduct and internal policies of the company.
  • Timely ask for orientation or advice every time we hesitate if decision making is considered ethical or illicit.
  • Quickly inform any activity that we consider an infraction to the Code of Conduct or the applicable legal provisions.
  • Cooperate with DESC representatives in regard to internal investigations.
  • We act with integrity and inspire confidence. We are an example in words and in actions.
  • We promote mutual communication, frank and honest with collaborators, encouraging them to formulate questions and concerns about ethical problems and sharing solutions.
  • We encourage our collaborators to consult an issue or make them realize possible infractions making sure that they will not be object of any retaliation.
  • We inform of any illegal or unethical conduct adopting promptly appropriate measures that proceed in this code of conduct.
  • Take care that employees learn about policies and operating processes according to their jobs and positions.
  • Act with intellectual honesty and inform any challenging situation to comply with.
  • Certificate that those processes which we are accountable for are ruled by current policies and procedures.
Breach of this Code of Conduct may lead to warnings, decrease or cancellation of incentives, termination of working or commercial relation, and if applicable civil or criminal penalties according to the corresponding legislation.

Such penalties may occur because of:

  • Commit acts that breach the Code of Conduct.
  • Encourage others to breach it.
  • Refuse to cooperate with investigations carried out by DESC representatives.
  • Take reprisals on those employees that, in good faith, have raised a report of some infraction or suspicion of it.
  • Utilize the feedback system to insult or curse.
  • Send messages with political or religious content.
